Delight in Life

Happy Sunday everyone!! Hope you've had a great weekend. It's been pretty rainy here all weekend long, but that is ok, because it just makes the grass turn green faster! And I am so ready for that.

I have a card to share today, I actually made it a couple of days ago, just hadn't had time to take a picture of it until today.

I absolutely love this image by Pollycraft. Had to have it the minute I saw it!
I colored it using my copic markers.
The designer paper is from Stampin Up. I layered it on white and then on a olive green card front.
I used a pretty simple sketch. Embellished with a button and some thread, ribbon and stickles glitter.

Here's a few challenges this card fits:
A spoon full of sugar - recycle (the button is recycled)
Charizma cards - beautiful butterflies
C.R.A.F.T challenge - citrus
Stampin' B's - spring or easter card

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today. Hope you like today's card. The recipe is below.

Recipe:

Stamps: digi - pollycraft, sentiment - SU
Ink: HP inkjet, versafine black, copics for coloring
Paper: Old olive, white, desgigner paper (Stampin up)
Accessories: Ribbon, button, thread, stickles glitter
Tools: corner rounder, paper piercing tool and template, scissors for making the grass
