Word Play Saturday - June Challenge

Hello everyone and happy weekend to you all! Hope it's filled with a little bit of sunshine!

It's time for a new word here on my Word Play Saturday Challenge, but before I get to that I'd like to announce the winner of last month's challenge.

Random.org chose #10 as the winning number, that is
Crafting Vicky

Congratuations, please email me at ellibelle_blog at yahoo dot com to claim your prize. Please include your complete mailing address so the stamp can be mailed.

**************************

Since school's out for the summer (at least here in my part of the country), and the kids are ready for all things summer (although the weather hasn't cooperated yet so far), I thought the word

"Summertime"

would be very fitting for this month.

Simply create a card or other project inspired by the word "Summertime". I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.

Here is what I made.

Products used:
Stamps: Fun in the Sun set (Whimsy Stamps )
Papers: from stash by various companies
Embellishments: gingham ribbon, button
Tools: circle dies, oval punch, circle punch for sun
Coloring medium: Faber Castell Polychromos

I am combining this with the following challenges:
Delightful Challenges - Here Comes the Sun
Shelly's Images - Beach Theme
Crafting By Designs - Summer Fun
Bearly Mine Challenges  Dies &/or Punches
Creative Card Crew Punches/Dies (Week 1)
 Loves Rubber Stamps  Anything Goes
Papertake Weekly  Anything Goes
Ribbon Carousel Challenge  RCC83 Fun In The Sun
This month I am giving away these 4 mini studio G stamp sets from my collection to one randomly selected winner.

To play along simply create a project following this month's "word" and link it up below.

A few things to remember:
It must be a new creation
You may combine this with other challenges
You must mention and link this blog when entering the challenge
You may enter up to 4 times
Would love to have you as a follower, but it is not a requirement

  6. So sorry I missed this one Ellie, this bad balance period really has hit my blogging and I am late everywhere.

Your card really is genius especially the way you have added the sun to create such bright and happy card.
