Whimsy Stamps & Kit and Clowder Release Party Blog Hop

Welcome to the Whimsy Stamps March 2014 rubber stamp and die release BLOG HOP!
This month’s brand new release of image stamps, sentiment sets, shapeology dies, and designer paper pack is now available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store! To celebrate this new release, the Whimsy DT are holding a BLOG HOP today to share creations made with our new release goodies, and I am part of today’s hop!

FOUR prizes of 2 new release rubber stamps have been hidden on the Whimsy DT blogs throughout our 5-day release event this week. As the location of the prizes are secret, be sure to leave a comment on ALL the stops on each daily blog hop to maximize your chance of winning! The lucky winners will be drawn over the weekend and announced on the Whimsy blog on Monday (March 24th). To take a peek at today's fabulous new release creations, please click on the links below...

This month, Whimsy has something extra for you! Kit & Clowder is an online coloring community run by Alyce Keegan. The Kit &Clowder DT are hosting a special joint release party event today, which includes a special blog hop showcasing Whimsy’s March release. So today's Whimsy DT are also sharing their creations in this second hop! There is a $25 gift voucher up for grabs as a prize for the Kit and Clowder release party, and details of how to enter can be found over at Kit &Clowder. PLEASE NOTE - this is a separate event, so if you simply want to join in the regular Whimsy release hop, please visit the blogs listed at the beginning of this post.

If you are already hopping along for the Kit and Clowder Release Event, you should have arrived here from  Debbie's blog, if not and you'd like to hop in Kit and Clowder's hop simply click the Event
link above to start at the beginning.

Here is my creation for today's hop.
I used the stamp "Birthday Present" from Whimsy's Time for Tea designs.

She has been colored using copic markers, cut out using cutterbee scissors, and then adhered to my card. The sentiment is from the new set "Mini Chalkboards" from Whimsy's SC designs. I stamped it onto espresso card stock with versamark ink and heat embossed using white embossing powder. The designer paper used is from my stash.
I simple added a button with some twine and did some sewing to finish it off.

Here is another view.

Your next stop on the Kit & Clowder hop is
Faye's blog.

Make sure to check out the Release page for more fun competitions and chances to win, and don't forget to join up to the Kit and Clowder Facebook Group for even more chances to win!

Have fun hopping!!
