As I mentioned in an earlier post this week (or maybe last week), I am trying hard to use up some designer papers this year, because I have sooooo many scraps and cut pieces of pattern papers. Here I used some designer paper from an old paper stack by DCWV.
Penny Black Loads of Love // Penny Black Sweet Wishes // Copic Markers //Xpress it Blending Card // Memento Tuxedo Ink // DCWV Glitter Mat Stack Designer Paper // Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush // May Arts Jute Twine
The cute image from the set Loads of Love has been stamped with Memento Tuxedo ink and I used my Copic markers for coloring. A Wink of Stella brush was used to add some clear glitter to the cupcake's frosting and I used Spun Sugar distress ink sponged along the edges of the white card stock. The sentiment from the set Sweet Wishes, also by Penny Black, has been stamped with Memento Tuxedo ink as well and edges sponged with the same shade of pink ink.
The designer paper is from DCWV's Glitter Mat Stack that I've had for a long time and used as the card front for my image and sentiment. I embellished with a button and some jute twine.
